FloWater’s Marketing and Events Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and manage various aspects of FloWater marketing, events, and brand development – this is a fast-paced, high-profile role which plays a crucial part in developing the FloWater brand and generating leads.


Event Coordination (50%)

  • Identify, sell, and manage key types of events 
  1. Revenue-generating events
  2. Strategic/brand building events with value in kind
  3. Lead and sales generating events
  4. Event budget projection and reconciliation
  • Identify new targets for revenue generating events, secure meetings and create new partnerships

Marketing Coordination (30%)

  • Lead generation, marketing, and sales campaigns, including: 
  1. Analysis of sales needs by vertical
  2. Prepare and implement marketing strategies, plans, and objectives
  3. Identify, assemble, and develop campaigns: schedules, designs, lists, etc.
  4. Execute Social Media campaigns, manage and monitor calendar, sales pipeline, conduct post-campaign ROI analysis
  • Assist in website updates and monitoring, including SEO
  • Visual marketing development and refinement, including videos, photography, etc.
  • Monitor and improve A-Z brand touchpoints, including:
  • Define and implement product guidelines
  • Own the brand experience standards

Brand Management (20%)

  • Continuous evaluation of FloWater messaging for the brand and within sales verticals, including market trends, customer feedback, new vertical integration
  • Monitor the brand (product use, messaging, etc.) in the market and correct inconsistencies


  • Creative, yet detail oriented - able to manage small and large projects that are dynamic in nature in a very fast-paced company. Able to create detailed project plans, outline key objectives, strategies and tactics
  • 1 to 3 years marketing and events coordination (internships count!)
  • Marketing/Event Coordination experience in a dynamic, startup, nonprofit or small marketing department environment where shifting priorities and consensus driven decision making are the norm
  • Provide current portfolio/link/website
  • Proven success in end to end events and marketing coordination with clear documentation of ROI, meeting deadlines, and coming in at or under budget
  • Social media
  • Digital marketing (ie, wordpress, PHP, google analytics, SEO, etc.)
  • Mac skills (keynote, excel) Expert

This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation and benefit package. This position is located at HQ in Denver and reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
