Sales Account Executive

About FloWater:

Four years ago we saw a massive and growing problem that needed to be solved. Single use plastic water bottles.

Over 38 BILLION plastic water bottles that end up in our oceans, lakes, rivers, and landfills—and we decided to eliminate these by disrupting bottled water with a radically new type of water called FloWater.

FloWater takes tap water and purifies it with a 7x Advanced Purification process: the result is a water that’s the best tasting water in the world—better than anything in a bottle (8 out of 10 consumers PREFER FloWater over Fiji), which is dispensed from an insanely cool-to-use Refill Station into any type of refillable container.

We’re a rapidly growing company with a small and passionate team that’s on a mission to inspire the world with water—and we’re looking for several amazing Account Executives that want to join a team that’s on a mission to change the world, and in the process build a really fantastic company with an amazing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and identifying leads and customer targets. Calling directly on Enterprise buyers in targeted accounts
  • Cold and warm market phone calls and in-person presentations.
  • Quota and numbers driven
  • Terrific sales fundamentals
  • Online selling/Social media fluency
  • Great team skills
  • Amazing interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • Corporate/enterprise selling experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, accountable for results and can build a book of business development
  • Highly results and initiative-oriented; persuasive and persistent
  • Someone that LOVES selling, and LOVES to close deals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and terrific critical thinking
  • Enthusiasm for the product, our company, our customers, and our mission

 

This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation and benefit package (base/commission = 80k/year at plan with potential >100k). This position requires local travel by car daily and reports directly to the Director of Sales & Partnerships. Top performers will be rewarded with fantastic advancement opportunities, including stock options.
